This guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required for all claims. The guarantee is for replacement or refund of the laminate material only, no labor, installation, removal or otherwise. The guarantee does not cover chipping or impact marks (laminate will chip if sharp objects are dropped on it), warping (laminate will warp if excessive moisture gets into the boards), cupping or crowning (which is caused by insufficient expansion spacing), shrinkage (laminate will shrink if exposed to excessive heat). Claims will not be considered for any of these conditions. Claims for wear must show a minimum of one square inch complete wear-through. Claims cannot be made for panels already laid. Ensure the surface to be covered with panels is clean, smooth and level. Uneven areas must be leveled. Do not install over carpet or any residual adhesive material. Always install on smooth firm surface.
